Philip Igbinijesu, is the founding and Lead Pastor of Word Assembly, with centers in several cities. He is an author and a leadership & management consultant and speaker, and is very passionate about modeling, teaching and demanding the high standards that make for exceptional leadership.

Dr. Philip Igbinijesu is the Board Chairman, Institute for National Transformation (INT) Nigeria; Managing Partner, Kings Court Management Consulting; and also Chairs a few other corporate organizations. He has an LL.B; B.L.; MBA & Phd in Organizational Leadership, with specialization in Human Resource Development. He is married to Olubunmi, his love and co-Pastor and blessed with children.
