Opening the meeting Apostle Dr. Paul Gitwaza warmly welcomed by initiated the proceedings by introducing the esteemed background of Apostle Linda Bobodo from South Africa, a country known as Azaniah in the spiritual circle.; As it was never given name by colonialist. She has a ministry called His church kingdom and officially started a conference Africa Arise same as Africa Haguruka in Rwanda. Africa Arise is a conference that prepares Africa to build their continent. Where servant of God like Apostle Linda was enabled to urge people to build and develop Africa as well as helping people to embrace their callings.

Divine Calling and Shared Vision:
Sometimes, when God calls and places a burden on your heart, you may think you are alone in receiving His message. Little do you know that God speaks to many others as well. It was during one of these moments that my path crossed with Apostle Paul Gitwaza because of Africa Arise, driven by his visionary goal "To see a fully restored, authentically developed, and highly prosperous Africa, which has taken up her rightful place among the Nations of the World."
A shared vision was to call Africa to ARISE, LEAD, BUILD. At the time God talked to me, I had no prior knowledge, and I sought confirmation for my calling. Remarkably, when I arrived in Rwanda, the exact confirmation came through Africa Haguruka. God spoke to me through bible scriptures in Isaiah 58:12, 60, and 61:4, instructing me to travel to the nations and call Africa to Arise through song, dance, spoken word, and printed materials. He also urged me to summon His saints to receive, possess, and enter His Kingdom, as the Kingdom of God drew near to Africa.
The same shared vision was bestowed upon Former Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng from Azaniah (South Africa): To build a just, peaceful, and prosperous Nation of Africa from Cape to Cairo, recognizing that Africa's unity is vital for its prosperity. Until Africa unites as one, its progress will be hindered.

"The rings you see represent the healing, saving, and miracle power that will emanate from the Southern tip of Africa. It will be a mighty outpouring of My Spirit, and many will run into My Kingdom. AFRICA WILL BE SAVED!! People from all corners of the world will come to experience the power of God. You will witness extraordinary manifestations. THIS IS NOT THE SO-CALLED END TIME MOVE; rather, it is a movement where the sons of God will rise and take their rightful place."
"As I journeyed North, these rings increased in magnitude, and upon reaching Israel, I turned to look back at Africa. I stood amazed as I saw the cross hovering over Africa. The foot of the cross anchored in South Africa, the left and right arms extending towards the horn of Africa and the Western coast, while the top of the cross reached the Northern edge."
"Suddenly, the Spirit spoke to me again, saying, 'My time is now; where I will make My Word come true. Africa will be saved, and the Gospel of the Kingdom of God will spread from South Africa to the rest of the world. From this moment on, Africa will evangelize the world, and this initiative will start in South Africa.' - Pastor Amaka Abe, 2011."
Africa is a place of safety. God remembers what Africa did; it is now time for Africa to go to the nations and boldly preach the pure gospel of God without begging. It is already happening; Africans are evangelizing all over the world as God has chosen Africa to arise while the world awaits its redeemer.

THE KINGDOM STRATEGY: How to Advance the Kingdom of God on Earth?
Africa do not look far, look within you The Lord Jesus is your mentor, come to Him.
• Isiah 48:17 Thus says the Lord, Your Redeemer, The Holy One of Israel: “I am the Lord your God, who teaches you to Profit, who leads you by the way you should go.”
In the Gospel Words, Jesus mentors us through various strategies to establish His kingdom on Earth. These strategies are derived from what Jesus did as He preached, taught, healed, and chose disciples. The strategies template is composed with Four elements which are: Message, Disciples, The Anointing, Power and Authority.
By following these strategies, people witness the transformative power of the Gospel, and they are drawn to the Kingdom of God. The impact of Jesus' teachings and the demonstration of His authority lead people to come running to experience the salvation and redemption found in His Kingdom.
From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, “Repent, for the Kingdom of God is at hand.”
Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the Kingdom and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people. Then his fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them. Great multitudes followed Him from Galilee, and from Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and beyond the Jordan. - Matthew 4:17,23-25
Jesus choose 12 men from the mountain of business trained and discipled them for 3 1/2yrs preparing them to continue the work when He is gone.
How Jesus did it:
1. He taught them the values of the Kingdom. - Matthew 5-7
2. He taught them to pray - Matthew 6:9-13; Luke 11:2-4
3. He demonstrated His power - Matthew 8-9
4. He taught them how to gather the harvest of souls - Matthew 9:35-38; Luke 10:1-3
5. He gave them power and authority to practice what they saw Him do - Matthew 10:1; Luke :1,2;10:19 6. He taught them about the Kingdom - Matthew 6:24-34; 13:1- 52; Mark 4:1-20; Luke 17:20,21; Acts 1:1-3; Romans 14:17-20
7. He baptized them with the Holy Spirit and fire to empower them - Matthew 3:9-11; Acts 1:8;2:1-4
8. He gave them His word as a compass – John 1:1-18; Psalm 32:8; 107:20
9. He gave them the Great Commission and sent them to disciple the nations - Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-20
These 12 disciples turned the world upside down by doing what they were taught and according to the statistics of how large the church is in Africa imagine how much more the church of today can do; Acts 17:6
Now is the Time for Africa to Arise declared in Isaiah 60
It is time to go; we must go. The world is waiting for you, Africa, as you are appointed to advance the Kingdom of God, and it is ready to be evangelized. Jesus is saying, "I WILL WORK WITH YOU AND CONFIRM THE WORD YOU PREACH WITH SIGNS, WONDERS, AND MIRACLES."
The Lord is asking us today in this 24th edition of Africa Arise 2023 Whom shall I send Who will go for us - Isaiah 6:8
