- For Societal Preservation: "He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents" (Malachi 4:6 NIV).
- For Covenant Sacrifices: "Then Moses summoned all the elders of Israel and said to them, 'Go at once and select the animals for your families and slaughter the Passover lamb'" (Exodus 12:21 KJV).

- Increased Levels of Singlehood and Childlessness
- Explosion of Single-Parent Households: This is not God's intention.
- High Levels of Divorce and Separation.
- Increase in Number and Public Acceptance of Same-Sex Attraction.
- Huge Decrease in Commitment to Parenting.
- Addiction-Fueled Spousal Abuse, Incest, Pornography, etc.
- Increase in Co-Operating and Blended Family Situations.
Raising Altars and Standards for the Family Institution
We must remove everything that is strange from our families and build God’s altar.
- Emphasis on Due Order: Everything that is against God’s order doesn’t stand a chance; the altar should be placed in the right place and follow order (1 Kings 18:30; Judges 6:26 ESV).
- Regular Renewal: For the altar to be sustained, it should be renewed and regularly maintained (2 Chronicles 15:8; 1 Samuel 11).
- Selflessness and Sacrifice: (2 Samuel 24:24-25; 2 Chronicles 33:16)
- Consecration and Dedication: Each partner should be dedicated (Isaiah 52:11).
